Standard Lateral Line Septic Systems. Our Standard Perforated Pipe in Rock Trench System is low cost, low maintenance and is time tested. It is still our most popular system. This system consists of perforated PVC pipe in a rock trench with a full 10 inches of rock, 3 inches of which is below the pipe to provide even distribution.

Lagoon

The ETA is a standard laterail system and this is where the clay is removed and 10 inches of sand above the 10 inches of rock and 4 to 6 inches of top soil is used on top .This is a Soil Group 5. A class 5 soil group is usually where the Aerobic ,Lagoon and ETA come to play.But not only soil groups , lot size plays a roll in the system you will need.

I always us DEQ for my soil test, if you use someone outside of your State owned county DEQ office. The paper work will still have to be filed with your county DEQ office before you can get your Authorization/Permit to construct which you can only get from DEQ . So you end up dealing with two or three people instead of one which takes up more time and usually more money.
